CCTV Management

Tracerit’s CCTV module helps businesses to make the management of their on-vehicle CCTV data, footage and assets, easier. Vehicle fleets often have various versions of CCTV hardware installed with differing capabilities such as extracting footage using removable hard drives, cable connections or Wi-Fi. Tracerit recalls all of this information, directing depot staff to the most pertinent way of obtaining the data, or automatically requesting CCTV footage via Wi-Fi.

CCTV Evidence packs

Once footage has been downloaded and reviewed, the software is used to create fully auditable evidence packs, and to log any identified faults with the cameras, images or other hardware. Tracking the CCTV hardware faults and escalating them to the relevant internal or third party engineer, ensures that the maximum uptime of the equipment is achieved, which is important in ensuring that footage is available when the vehicle is involved in any future incidents.

Paperless processes

Many companies we talk to are using onerous, manual processes using spreadsheets, calendar reminders and email. Tracerit automates all of these processes helping to increase productivity of CCTV-related staff, improving the quality of CCTV footage acquired, reducing downtime of on-vehicle CCTV systems and providing company-wide reporting.
