On-vehicle Asset Management

Tracerit's Asset Management software provides transport operators with the ability to manage the lifecycle information of key assets such as CCTV, telematics and ticketing hardware, including key dates and warranty information.

The Asset Management module can be integrated with any hardware supplier such as:

Repairs

Faults relating to each asset are recorded and managed by the system. Suppliers are alerted automatically when faults are logged, either via email or by web service integration with their back office systems. The key date and warranty information for each individual asset is used to ensure that downstream costs are managed appropriately, alerting managers when faults have occured on assets that are still within their agreed warranty period.

As faults are repaired, the time and date is stored, providing operators with analytical information about the supplier's response times. Reports can be generated to analyse these response times against the contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
