Repairs to On-vehicle Assets
Faults relating to each on-vehicle asset are recorded and managed by the Tracerit software. Suppliers are alerted automatically when faults are logged, either via email or by web service integration with their own back office systems. The key date and warranty information for each individual asset is used to ensure that downstream costs are managed appropriately, alerting managers when faults have occurred on assets that are still within their agreed warranty period.
As faults are repaired, the time and date is stored, providing operators with analytical information about the supplier's response times. Reports can be generated to analyse these response times against the contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Many assets are procured with either standard or extended warranties, and can often be supplemented with fully inclusive maintenance and support from your chosen suppliers. Whatever the warranty you have in place, Tracerit can be configured to match your business rules.
As any fault is added through your account, Tracerit uses the pre-programmed business rules to advise both you and the supplier whether the unit is within its warranty period. This helps to ensure that all in-warranty repairs are completed without additional charges, helping your business to keep control of all on-vehicle asset costs.
