Alerts and Bulletins

Tracerit helps to automate business processes throughout your account. Key vehicle information can be used to alert relevant users by email, for example, when a vehicle’s MOT is due to be completed. 

Ad hoc bulletins can be written and, if required, assigned to specific makes and / or models of vehicle. For instance, when specific part replacement notices are issued by a manufacturer, the fleet manager can create a single bulletin, detailing any parts required or checks to be made, assign it to a make and model, and broadcast.

Tracerit automatically identifies every garage that operates that type of vehicle and alerts the relevant garage staff (by email and through their portal login) with a list of all affected vehicles. The garage staff have to log when each vehicle modification has been made, ensuring that the fleet manager can stay up-to-date with the progress of the modification programme. 

Tracerit provides a suite of reports, both graphical and tabular, that tracks each bulletin’s progress.
